Glamping site manager/trainee required for the daily operations of an outdoor accommodation business. This role will handle guest services, site upkeep, staff supervision, and safety/quaility checks to ensure a comfortable visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome visitors, manage check-ins, answer questions, and resolve any issues during stays.
- Site Maintenance: Keep safari tents, pods, lodges, bell tents clean, functional, and well-maintained alongside grounds work.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise cleaning, changeover, and maintenance crews.
