About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, confident, and highly driven B2B Telesales Executive
to join our team immediately. This office-based role is focused on making high-volume
outbound cold calls to businesses and booking qualified appointments for our Field
Sales Representatives. You will work from a dialler system, speaking with business
owners, directors, and key decision-makers. This is a target-driven role requiring
resilience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate
appointments through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls using an automated dialler system.
- Contact business owners, directors, and key decision-makers across a range of
industries.
- Generate interest in our products and services and secure qualified appointments for
our Field Sales team.
- Build rapport quickly and professionally with prospects.
- Confidently overcome objections and gatekeepers.
- Use strong questioning and persuasion techniques to identify opportunities and
secure appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM system.
- Follow up on prospects when required.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, lead generation, or appointment
setting.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Experience working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
- Comfortable using a dialler system and CRM software.
- Confident speaking with business owners, directors, and senior decision-makers.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Resilient, competitive, target-focused, and self-motivated.
- Able to start immediately.

day. You must be confident, persuasive, and able to engage decision-makers quickly.
You should not be intimidated by senior business contacts and must have the ability to
influence conversations, build credibility, and secure appointments consistently.
Performance Target
From the appointments you book, your target will be to achieve a minimum of 8 paid
and signed-up customers per month. Success will be measured not only by the number
of appointments booked but by the quality of those appointments and their conversion
into paid and signed-up clients. Consistently meeting or exceeding these targets will
maximise your earnings through our excellent commission, bonus, and incentive
structure.
