To capitalise on this success, we are currently looking for experienced Workday Prism & Accounting Centre Lead to join our Workday recognised Prism & Accounting Center European centre of excellence, part of our growing Workday Consulting Team.

What your days will look like:
Own end-to-end delivery of Prism & Accounting Centre programmes: operating model, data architecture and enrichment, event frameworks, accounting rules and governance.
Govern engineering/configuration squads across on/offshore; set standards for performance, cost and reliability (DataOps, CI/CD, environments).
Drive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Tax and Technology; articulate business cases and benefits.
Workday certifications in financials or equivalent work experience in controls, audit, and complex source-to-ledger scenarios (e.g., sub-ledger replacement, front and / or back office transformation programmes) This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country is desirable
