But for us, care goes beyond the essentials — we focus on helping the people we support enjoy full, meaningful lives, including social activities, hobbies, pets, and as much independence as possible.
We are currently looking for a Full time Senior Care Assistant to join our small, friendly, and supportive team. Shifts are available from 8am–2pm, 2pm–8pm, or 8am–8pm.
In this role, you will:
- Take responsibility for medication management, including administration, ordering, stock checks, returns, and record-keeping
- Act as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals
- Help ensure the smooth running of each day and completion of all care tasks
- Participate in the on-call rota (one weekend per month, including availability to offer advice and cover sickness if needed)

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable, but not essential as training is provided)
- Able to manage challenging situations with support and training

- An enhanced DBS check is required
