Your Role
As a Domiciliary Care Worker / Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes with daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care and dignity support
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication support
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Shopping and community access
- Supporting social activities and appointments
- Promoting independence and choice
- Supporting carers where required
- Communicating effectively with the office and management team
- Covering shifts when necessary

Requirements
✔ Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
✔ Caring, compassionate, and reliable
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Flexible and committed approach to work
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
Shift Patterns
Flexible shifts available including:
- Morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Alternate weekends
- Full-time and part-time hours available
