Responsibilities
- Fabricate stainless steel exhaust systems using 304 stainless tube and various fabrication techniques
- Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding and Stick welding to join metal parts with precision and strength
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively during assembly processes
- Maintain quality standards by inspecting welds, joints, and finished products for consistency and durability
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fabrication of stainless steel or similar metals, especially in exhaust or automotive applications
- Skilled in TIG welding, Stick welding, and the use of hand tools and power tools for metalwork
- Familiarity with sheet metal handling, cutting, bending, and shaping techniques
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds and precise assembly standards
