WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A person with a can-do attitude to join our small, friendly team to help us with our growing online food business
- We need to recruit an efficient, tidy person to pack our food products.
- Experience in working in a food business for example in a cafe, in catering, on a hot or cold food counter, or as a cook, butcher, food preparation assistant or as a kitchen porter is required.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER
- Up to £13.65 per hour for age 21+ - a great rate of pay above the Real Living Wage
- 12 hours per week worked in 2 x 6 hour shifts or worked in 3 x 4 hour shifts

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES
- The job holder must be able to neatly pack our products (e.g. sausages, burgers, mince, chicken) cleanly and hygienically using our packing equipment.
- The job holder must maintain a clean work station, and clear up and wash up all equipment and dishes at the end of their shift.
- The job will also involve packing orders for despatch to customers in the UK and Ireland.
- The responsibilities of the job include cleaning equipment, cleaning cold stores, cleaning work areas, packing areas and customer areas.

Job Responsibilities
- Packing and labelling products using a vacuum packer and a labelling machine
- The role is physically active and requires manual handling
- The role will include lifting boxes of stock (up to 15kg)
- The role will also include cleaning the packing areas, refrigerated areas, food prep areas, butchery areas and cold stores.

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:

Licence/Certification:
