Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookings & General Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing bookings, maintaining administrative tasks and supporting daily office operations. The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to work. Core hours for this role are 30 per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings, planning and preparing the diary, working closely with the photography manager, to ensure all jobs go ahead as planned with detailed information for our team of photographers..
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone manner, providing excellent customer service and assistance.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
- Support general administrative duties including answering calls, emails and general office admin.
- Respond promptly to enquiries via email or phone, providing clear and courteous communication.
- Support team members with clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks in a busy office environment.
- Excellent phone manner with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
