We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven Salon Manager to lead our established salon into an exciting new chapter.

About the Role
As Salon Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the salon, ensuring exceptional service standards while inspiring and supporting your team to achieve their full potential.
Working alongside our experienced Front of House team, you’ll focus on delivering outstanding client experiences, maintaining high operational standards and driving the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the salon team.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey from consultation through to aftercare.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor salon performance and work towards business targets.
- Coach and support therapists to achieve their individual goals.
- Maintain outstanding standards throughout the salon.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and local business development.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the salon.
- Create a positive, supportive and professional working environment.
About You
You’ll be:
- An experienced Salon Manager or Senior Therapist ready to step into management.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- A confident leader who enjoys motivating and developing others.
- Commercially aware with a good understanding of salon performance and targets.
