At Capital Property Lawyers, we're building a modern conveyancing practice that puts communication, accountability and client experience first.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team. If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership of your work, building relationships with clients and delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
Unlike many conveyancing firms, our focus isn't simply on processing files. We invest in technology and efficient processes so our team can spend more time helping clients and less time battling unnecessary administration.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring every client receives a proactive and professional service throughout their transaction.
The role includes:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Reviewing legal documentation and resolving title issues
- Progressing transactions efficiently through to exchange and completion
- Completing all necessary post-completion formalities
You'll also play an important role in maintaining the high levels of communication and transparency that our clients have come to expect.
About you
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage their own caseload and who takes genuine pride in delivering an outstanding client experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail
Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Residential Property Fee Earners.
Why join Capital Property Lawyers?

- Competitive salary, dependent on experience
- Performance-related bonus scheme
- Hybrid working available
