We're Recruiting in Stevenage
We’re currently seeking full-time Support Workers to join our growing team in Stevenage. Weekend availability is essential to support client needs and ensure high-quality, consistent care across the week.
No experience? No problem.

What You'll Do
- Support adults (18+) with disabilities, long-term conditions, or mental health needs to live safely and independently at home
- Build strong, lasting relationships with local clients—no rushed visits (minimum 30-minute calls)
- Get specialist training to confidently support specific conditions
What We Offer
Competitive Pay:
- Respite Calls: £12.60–£13.20/hour
- Homecare Calls:
- £14.25/hour (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm)
- £14.75/hour (Mon–Fri, 6pm–10pm)
- £15.25/hour (Weekends)
- £16.25/hour (Bank Holidays)
Plus:
- Paid travel time (up to 1 hour per shift)
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
