We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at Holiday Inn Express.
As the hotel's Commis Chef, you will support the delivery of consistently high food standards, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented in line with brand guidelines. You will take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen while working confidently in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will assist in delivering a great dining experience for our guests, supporting both the evening food service and, when required, our breakfast operation.
This role is based on five evening shifts per week, typically from 4:00pm to 10:30pm. From time to time, you may also be required to cover weekend breakfast shifts, usually from 5:30am to 12:30pm, depending on business needs.
As we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, flexibility is essential. Our busiest periods are typically evenings, weekends, and holidays, and shift patterns will be discussed during the interview.
