In this energetic position, you will be responsible for responding swiftly to alarm activations, conducting VPI's, and supporting loss prevention efforts. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to security alarm activations at designated sites, assessing situations with urgency and professionalism
- Drive efficiently between locations to investigate alarms, incidents, or suspicious activity as directed
- Conduct VPI's
- Support loss prevention initiatives by observing and reporting suspicious behaviors or activities
- Maintain detailed logs of alarm responses, surveillance activities, and incident reports to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Perform routine checks of security equipment and alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality
Requirements
- Valid manual driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles safely
- Experience with security patrols preferred
- Knowledge of alarm response procedures
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency services
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of vigilance in various environments
