We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team at Highlands End Holiday Park. Working within our Leisure Club you will cover reception, so customer service is key to greet arriving customers. You will be responsible for the monitoring of all activities within the complex and will need to ensure our customers act in accordance with our rules and policies. You will also need to ensure cleanliness, H&S and daily checks are maintained and will also be trained within our plant room areas.
Highlands End Leisure Club has an indoor pool, sauna and steam room and the holiday park has hire lodges & caravans, touring, camping and glamping pitches and holiday home owners as well as a Leisure Club and Martin's Bar & Restaurant. The Leisure Club is open to the public on a memberships scheme, we currently have over 400 members.
The Leisure Club opens on a daily basis from 7am - 7pm and you will be working either early or late shifts on a rota basis over a 7 day period. Weekends and Bank Holidays are always normal working days.
As part of our Venue Team, you may also be asked to work within our bar & catering operation at times.
The Leisure Club is open every day except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day and the position is permanent.
YOU DO NOT NEED ANY LIFEGUARD QUALIFICATIONS, but must have the ability to swim - full training provided.
Pay: £13.85 per hour
