Bring the action closer. Tell the stories fans cannot stop sharing.
We're looking for a brilliant Content Producer to help power the digital heartbeat of Warwickshire County Cricket Club, Birmingham Phoenix and Edgbaston Stadium. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who loves sport, lives on social, and knows how to turn a moment into content that makes people stop scrolling.
From matchday drama and behind-the-scenes access to player-led features, fan stories and fast-turnaround edits, you'll be capturing, creating, editing and publishing content across our channels. One day you might be pitchside clipping a key moment; the next you could be shaping a TikTok trend, planning a campaign idea, or bringing a player's personality to life for audiences across the world.
We need someone with bags of creativity, sharp editorial judgement and the confidence to move quickly in a live sports environment. You'll be just as comfortable behind a camera as you are in an edit, with a strong instinct for what works on Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn. You'll understand that great content is not just about looking good - it is about timing, tone, audience and impact.
You might already be working in sport, entertainment, media or with a major brand. What matters most is that you bring ideas, energy, organisation and a genuine love for storytelling. You'll thrive when the pace is fast, the brief is evolving and the best content opportunity is happening right now.
You'll be a great fit if you are:
-
A creative storyteller who knows how to capture attention quickly.
-
A sports fan who understands the emotion, humour and pace of live cricket.
-
A confident shooter and editor with a strong eye for video, photography and social-first formats.
-
A platform-native thinker who keeps up with trends, algorithms and audience behaviour.
-
A calm, organised operator who can make good decisions under pressure.
-
A collaborative teammate who can work brilliantly with players, coaches, colleagues, partners and external creatives.
If you want a role where no two days feel the same, where your ideas can shape how fans experience cricket, and where you'll be right at the centre of the action at one of the country's most iconic sporting venues, we'd love to hear from you.
