Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic
Location: Worthing / Sompting border (Commutable from Lancing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Littlehampton, Brighton, Horsham)
Salary: £32,000 – £50,000 Basic (Dependent on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday ONLY – No Weekends & Early Friday Finish (16:30)!

- Performing advanced fault-finding and complex diagnostics on modern petrol, diesel, and high-voltage EV systems

Executing major mechanical overhauls, including clutches, timing belts, and timing chains

Carrying out precise servicing, vehicle health checks, and routine repairs to manufacturer standards

Utilising dealer-level diagnostic tools to solve intricate electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)

Experience: Ideally 5+ years of experience in a high-standard independent or main dealer workshop

Skills: Strong diagnostic fault-finding capability (experience with German brands or EVs is a huge plus)

Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
