Stewart Truman Masonry Ltd are looking for an experienced, highly skilled bricklayer to join our team for ongoing work across London and the Home Counties.
We specialise in high-end brickwork, traditional masonry and restoration, with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. We will provide additional specialist training for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience as a bricklayer
- Excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Experience working on high-end residential projects
- Lime mortar experience – highly preferred
- Experience with traditional and period properties
- Ability to produce clean, accurate and consistent brickwork
- Good knowledge of setting out and reading drawings
- Reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team
- Own tools and transport preferred
Experience in gauged brickwork, arches, restoration, repointing, tuckpointing or heritage masonry would be a significant advantage.
