The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is curious, motivated, and excited to learn. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience and isn't afraid to jump in, ask questions, and take ownership of small but important details. No two weeks look the same: one day you will be on the side of a foreign mountain range supporting an athlete or campaign, the next liaising with journalists on a new product launch.
This role is equal parts execution and initiative. You won’t just coordinate — you’ll do. From race-day activations to athlete logistics, content capture to campaign support, you’ll be right at the heart of how we show up in the world.
You'll support the day-to-day execution of our marketing functions, working closely with athletes, teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to help bring Styrkr’s presence in sport to life.
Where you fit in
Events & Brand Activations
- Assist with planning and delivery of races, expos and brand activations
- Manage logistics, stock allocation and on-site execution
- Represent STYRKR professionally within athlete and retail environments
- Track event performance, sampling return and lead capture where relevant
Athlete & Partnership Support
- Co-ordinate day-to-day communication with ambassadors and partners
- Support product seeding, campaign deliverables and timeline coordination
- Ensure Ambassadors align with brand standards and timelines
- Maintain organised records of content, assets and agreements
Campaign & Launch Support
- Assist delivering product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Manage timelines, asset co-ordination and cross-team coordination
- Track campaign performance and key metrics
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Maintain campaign trackers and performance dashboards
- Support post-campaign analysis
- Assist budget tracking and supplier coordination
- Help refine processes to improve efficiency and team output
Who we are looking for
- 1 year experience in marketing, sports marketing, brand or events (preferred but not essential)
- Someone who enjoys finding their own route from A to B
- Takes pride in being organised, is able to identify gaps and can act without prompt.
- Communicates confidently and collaboratively with athletes, partners and teammates.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, real-world environments and sees no task is beneath you
- Recent, practical experience in content creation, with a strong interest in storytelling
- A genuine interest in endurance sport, cycling, running or outdoor culture - credibility matters.
