Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Client Services Manager to lead our restaurant's customer service team and ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will oversee front-of-house service, support and motivate staff, manage customer relationships, and ensure high standards of hospitality are maintained throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the restaurant's customer service and front-of-house team
- Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service
- Act as the main point of contact for customer questions, feedback, complaints, and special requests
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and effective communication
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the dining experience
- Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high standards of customer service
- Organise team meetings, staff briefings, and ongoing customer service training
- Assist with staff scheduling, daily responsibilities, and performance management
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and service standards
- Gather and review customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support the restaurant manager with daily operations and service-related activities
- Help maintain compliance with restaurant policies, health and safety requirements, and customer service standards
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and ensure their needs are consistently met
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurant management, or a similar supervisory role
- Previous experience leading or supervising a customer service or front-of-house team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach
- Ability to handle customer complaints and challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy restaurant
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards
- Experience with EPOS/till systems and customer service tools is preferred
- Understanding of restaurant operations, food service, and hospitality standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
Pay: £43,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
