We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated class teacher with skills across both KS1 and KS2 to join our friendly and supportive team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching, committed to high standards, and eager to help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Careers Teachers (ECTs). A comprehensive induction and mentoring package is available for ECTs to ensure a successful start to your teaching journey.
What You Need to Succeed
Applicants should be excellent classroom practitioners who have worked with upper KS2 pupils and are able to plan creative lessons which motivate all learners. You will be able to draw on a range of teaching strategies and adapt them to working with children of all abilities.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
- Creates a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
- Has high expectations for all pupils
- Builds strong relationships with children, staff and parents
- Works well as part of a collaborative team
- Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development
