BrandArt is a creative, growing business designing and supplying bespoke branded merchandise to popular visitor attractions. We’re looking for a commercially strong, experienced Senior Account Manager to take ownership of larger customer accounts and turn won business into long-term revenue growth.
This is an account management position focused on developing strategic customer relationships with larger customers, identifying growth opportunities, and leading larger opportunities through to successful delivery.
What you’ll be doing
Own and grow customer accounts
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of established, higher-value accounts handed over from business development/new business activity.
- Build strong commercial relationships with key contacts and become a trusted partner over time.
- Identify growth opportunities across accounts and convert them into repeat business, upsell and cross-sell revenue.
Lead account strategy
- Create and drive clear account plans for your customer portfolio.
- Understand customer priorities, product opportunities, buying patterns and commercial potential.
- Keep momentum in larger, longer-cycle opportunities and avoid accounts becoming reactive or transactional.
Take full commercial ownership
- Manage opportunities from brief through to quote, order and delivery.
- Work with suppliers to source and price bespoke products.
- Prepare landed cost price sheets and maintain strong margin discipline.
- Partner closely with Creative, Design, Compliance and Operations to ensure customer requirements are briefed accurately and delivered well.
Run a disciplined pipeline
- Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline with clear next steps on all live opportunities.
- Take ownership of follow-up, forecasting and account development activity.
- Use ERP/CRM systems confidently to track customer activity, opportunities and commercial progress.
What we’re looking for
- A strong background in B2B account management, sales or commercial roles, ideally with experience managing larger or more strategic accounts.
- Confidence in leading customer relationships and having commercially focused conversations.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- Someone comfortable with ownership, pace and accountability.
- Strong follow-through and the ability to keep opportunities moving without heavy management input.
- Experience in branded merchandise, bespoke products, retail supply, promotional products or a similar commercial environment would be useful, but is not essential.

Competitive base salary depending on experience, plus bonus / OTE.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
