Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas by following established protocols.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and other essentials to ensure continuous availability.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules promptly and effectively.
- Address special cleaning requests or spot-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Assist with basic janitorial tasks such as waste removal and window cleaning to support overall facility maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles is highly preferred.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
