The HSE Manager provides leadership and oversight of health, safety and environmental compliance across a national property portfolio. They are responsible for driving a positive safety culture, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, managing risk and assurance activities, and supporting continuous improvement to deliver safe, sustainable and effective services for the Client.

Team Overview
The Health, Safety & Environment team provides strategic and operational support to ensure the safe, compliant and sustainable delivery of services across the National Highways property portfolio. The team works closely with operational colleagues, subcontractors and the Client to manage risk, maintain compliance, drive continuous improvement and promote a positive health, safety and environmental culture.
