We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher/Waiting Staff (Full-time) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate the dishwasher to ensure all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required, supporting the kitchen team in meal assembly and presentation.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner, adhering to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring tables are set up correctly before service and cleared promptly afterwards.
- Support the kitchen staff with additional duties such as restocking supplies and assisting with general cleaning routines.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and food safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs courteously and professionally.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, or culinary practices is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
