Bar Staff - must be 18+
Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and professional Bar Staff to join our family-run golf club. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests by delivering excellent customer service and preparing and serving drinks efficiently.
Previous experience in hospitality or bar work is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and licensing regulations.
- Welcome members and guests warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
- Restock bar supplies and assist with stock rotation to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with members and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high standard of service.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday but will include the occasional evening and weekend shifts, so flexibility is essential.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
