About the role:
As a Reservations Agent, you will work closely with our central support and hotel operations teams to ensure that guest bookings and enquiries are managed effectively.
We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of one years experience in a similar type of reservations role, and previous experience working in a remote/homeworking environment.
Candidates who have experience using Opera, Rezlynx and Rezdiary would be preferred.
This position is home/remote based working within the UK.
Key requirements for this role:
· Fantastic communication skills.
· Minimum one year experience in a similar role.
· Previous experience using Opera, Rezlynx and Rezdiary.
· Previous experience in a remote/homeworking environment.
· Computer literate, including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office systems.
· Valid right to work within the United Kingdom.
Pay & Benefits:
Pay is £13.45 per hour (reviewed annually), plus commission based pay.
A typical working week is based on a minimum of 40 hours per week with flexibility across 5 out of 7 days.
