Tyne Coast College has embarked on one of the most significant periods of investment in its history. We are delivering an ambitious capital programme that will transform our estate, enhance the learner experience and provide outstanding facilities that support the skills needs of our region.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to play a key role in delivering this exciting programme. Working closely with the Executive Director Infrastructure and Transformation, you will act as the College's client-side project manager, coordinating a wide range of consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a project professional with experience of capital projects, construction or estates management to contribute to a transformational programme within a leading further education college.
About You
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate:
- Significant experience of successfully delivering capital projects or programmes, including decant activities and implementing capital programmes or property strategies.
- Strong project reporting and governance experience with a working knowledge of planning, building regulations and health and safety requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a professional qualification in Project Management, Construction or a related built environment discipline (Level 4 or equivalent).
