```Duties:```
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing programs and initiatives for older persons living in a nursing home.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas of improvement and create strategies to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for wellbeing initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events related to resident wellbeing
- Provide guidance and support to residents on matters related to physical, mental, and emotional health
- Monitor the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in older persons wellbeing
```Experience:```
- Proven experience in developing and implementing older persons wellbeing programs
- Strong knowledge of health promotion principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
