Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including <PERSON> drivers or similar commercial trucks, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Assist with loading and unloading items, demonstrating strength and proper lifting techniques to handle heavy objects efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with customers to coordinate delivery times, address questions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs throughout your shift.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any issues promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols during transportation to ensure safe delivery at all times.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize inventory and prepare items for transport.
Requirements
- Proven delivery driver experience or familiarity with commercial driving roles.
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s license or equivalent with a clean driving record.
- Experience in warehouse operations or handling heavy lifting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations.
- Flexibility to work part-time or casual hours, including weekends if needed.

Pay: £16,096.06-£30,603.67 per year
