As Business Improvement Manager, you will play a leading role in delivering strategic improvement projects that support new housing legislation, regulatory requirements and the Council's wider transformation priorities. You will be passionate about improving services, confident working with senior stakeholders and able to translate ideas into practical, measurable improvements.
You will bring:
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation, regulation and operational housing services.
- Experience managing cross-service projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use performance data, customer insight and evidence to drive improvement.

- Experience supporting digital transformation, culture change or customer experience improvement programmes.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery, ensuring projects achieve lasting benefits.
- A proactive, collaborative and solution-focused approach, with a passion for continuous improvement.
Why join us?
