Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and professional SIA Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access points, conducting surveillance, and providing excellent customer service. Your proactive approach will help prevent incidents, manage crowd control, and uphold the highest standards of safety across our venue or facility. Duties
- Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizing entry for staff, visitors, and contractors
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity around the premises and identify potential security threats
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when necessary
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid if required
- Enforce venue policies and crowd control measures to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff
- Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance documentation accurately and promptly
- Conduct routine checks of entry points, exits, and surrounding areas to maintain overall security integrity
Qualifications
- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Door Supervisor license or equivalent certification
- Experience with CCTV surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is highly desirable
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and emergency response protocols
- Strong observational skills with the ability to detect suspicious activity or potential hazards
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities effectively

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
