We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in supporting a high-performing team, and is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy luxury hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards behind the bar while supporting bartenders in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare mise en place and cook dishes for assigned section
- Ensure all food is prepared to Nammos standards for quality and presentation
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of the section at all times
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering for the section
- Minimize waste and support cost control initiatives
- Train and supervise Commis Chefs and junior staff
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
- Perform all reasonable tasks designated by the Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Head Chef
SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:
- Strong culinary skills in assigned section (e.g., grill, fish, pastry)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and team player
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Reliability, integrity, and discretion
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment
- Expertise in the relevant kitchen section
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
Desirable:
- Formal culinary qualification
- Additional language skills
- Experience with London’s luxury dining scene
