Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting daily office operations, managing correspondence, and ensuring efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and professional communication skills to contribute effectively to our organisation’s success.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendar activities
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Handling mail distribution and managing office supplies inventory
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and high level of organisation are essential for success in this role
