Job Title: Skilled Field Operative: Industrial Cleaner
Location: Field-based across the UK
Preferred Home Location: Ideally living within 1 hour of HG3 1EQ
Contract Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 37.5 – 60 hours per week (including travel)
Minimum Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Travel: Paid at full rate
Subsistence: Paid for overnight stays
Pay Scale: £14.50 – £15.75 per hour ( £28,275 - £30,712 per annum 37.5Hrs minimum, based on experience and progression)
OTE Range: £45,240 - £49,140 (60 Hrs weeks)

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment in challenging environments and wants to build a consistent, year-round income.
As a Skilled Operative, you’ll go beyond basic field duties. You’ll manage your own tasks, mentor junior staff, and uphold standards set here at CCS. This role is for experienced operatives with specialist training who are ready to take on more responsibility and demonstrate initiative.

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (Mandatory Requirement to be considered)
- IPAF(Mandatory Requirement to be considered)
- CSCS(Mandatory Requirement to be considered)
- PASMA, First Aid, Trade Specialist Courses
- Willingness to work in physically demanding environments
- 3+ years experience in similar fields
- Punctuality and Professionalism
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Calm, reliable, and proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cleaning work independently
- You may be asked to operate a work vehicle
- Mentor less experienced staff
- Maintain and sign out tools weekly
- Submit job reports within 24 hours
- Liaise with team members before shifts
- Maintain clean workwear and hygiene
- Clock in/out via Connecteams
- Care for company assets and vehicles
- Provide 3 weeks’ notice for holidays
