We are seeking a dynamic and organised Music Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant music studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests, maintaining the studio’s facilities, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the music studio, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service
- Coordinate scheduling of studio sessions, classes, and events to optimise utilisation
- Lead and supervise staff, including receptionists and technical personnel, fostering a positive team environment
- Provide excellent guest services by assisting clients with bookings, enquiries, and special requests
- Oversee studio maintenance, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness to ensure a professional atmosphere
- Organise promotional activities and events to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and record keeping with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the studio environment
Requirements
- Proven experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Knowledge of music production or studio operations is desirable but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills in British English, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work during peak hours including evenings and weekends as required
- A passion for music and creating an inviting space for clients and guests
Pay: £15.00 per hour
