- Monday to Friday work pattern, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Key duties of the Vehicle Technician:
- Conduct routine inspections and comprehensive maintenance on a diverse fleet of vehicles
- Perform repairs such as brake replacements, engine diagnostics, electrical system faults, and oil changes
- Use diagnostic tools including VAGCOM, ODIS, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and ADAS calibration equipment
- Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics accurately
- Complete job cards meticulously and communicate repair progress effectively to service advisors
- Troubleshoot electrical wiring and performance issues in line with manufacturer procedures
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards, maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Assist with workshop duties beyond repairs, supporting overall workshop efficiency
- Contribute to the dealership’s online presence through social media content creation, as required
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:
- Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair vehicle systems
- Experience with vehicle maintenance including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment such as VAGCOM, ODIS, and electrical testing devices
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics with confidence
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and customer engagement
- A proactive approach with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Experience working on Volkswagen group vehicles is desirable but not essential
- Formal or in-house training in diagnostics and vehicle repairs will be provided to suitable candidates
