We are looking for a passionate and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our busy brunch venue in Stratford, located just a few minutes away from Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre.
About the Role
This is a morning-to-afternoon position, ideal for someone who enjoys early starts and working in a fast-paced brunch environment.
Weekend availability is essential – Saturday and Sunday shifts are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your section
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team during busy service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year kitchen experience
- Confident in using standard kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential)
