Join our dynamic team as a Home Administrator/Front of House Assistant, where you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the service.
We are looking for two full time administrators to join our team. These are very busy roles, and require those who thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy learning new systems
What you’ll do
- Provide a dedicated front of house service, greeting and allowing visitors into the home
- Answering and staffing the main home telephone number
- Being first point of contact for all home related enquiries
- Be responsible for all recruitment and onboarding processes in line with stringent regulatory requirements.
- Be responsible for arranging face to face training, allocating online training and producing compliance reports to support management monitor staff completion.
- Oversee petty cash and service user finances under direction and supervision of the home manager.
- Be involved in completing shift Rostas, and arranging agency cover where required.
- Supporting the team in daily duties including photocopying, binding, laminating, producing posters/ leaflets etc.
- To establish and maintain efficient office systems and provide a full secretarial and administrative service for the home.
- To ensure post and emails are actioned promptly.
- To take and produce minutes as and when required.
- Competently providing administrative support for the site overall.
- To co-ordinate home archiving and log all archives on the Moorland Home Archive Tracker.
