We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator with excellent communication skills to join our practice in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Role Details:
- £13- £14 an hour Depending on Experience
- Full Time role
- Dental experience essential
- Sales experience desirable
- Must be GDC registered
Role requirements:
- Help develop business by converting new patient enquiries (telephone, website and social media) into consultations and treatments
- Provide a 1st class patient experience from first contact to post treatment
- Provide accurate and appropriate advice on treatments available, costs and finance options
- Carry out consultations
- Monitor patients’ treatment journey
- Approachable person with a high level of professionalism
- Driven by achieving results
- Reception duties (greeting patients, booking appointments, taking payments, answering calls)
