EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR FULL TIME OR PART TIME
Up to £30k
Established in 2024, Hous’d is a dynamic company, sourcing workforce accommodation for businesses within the UK. Due to a rapid growth, we are looing to recruit a self-motivated and confident accounts administrator, capable of working on their own initiative.
Requirements
· Knowledgeable in operating accounts & payroll software packages
· Experienced in accounts to trial balance & VAT
· Experience in inputting accounts data, sales and purchase ledger
· Working knowledge of Payroll & payroll legislation· Proficient in Microsoft Office to include, excel, word and outlook
Responsibilities
· Responsibility of processing a regular Payroll, & HMRC duties· Sales Ledger, processing sales invoices and credit notes· Purchase Ledger, processing purchase Invoices & Credit Notes· Regular payment runs· Bank Reconciliations· Filing & telephone calls
