To provide engineering support to complete planned and reactivemaintenance on HVAC equipment.
CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities andcorporate real estate management. We are recruiting an HVAC Engineer to jointhe team located in Felling, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out planned maintenance on allair conditioning equipment in line with PPM planner
- Complete AHU filter changes in linewith PPM planner
- Maintain up to date records of workcarried within the site F-Gas file and complete all necessary site paperwork asdirected.
- Complete all permits and documentationrequired to complete the tasks in a safe manor.
- Complete reactive maintenance requestsas required
- Maintain plant and services to ensureoptimal operational performance in a safe, efficient and economic manner.
- Complete reactive maintenance calls onall HVAC systems
- Undertake fault finding and diagnosisof technical issues
- Installation work for small systems
- Provide emergency response standby aspart of the on-call rota
- Identify plant and services futuredefects to ensure operational requirements are maintained
- Ensure all work performed complieswith CBRE and client service level requirements.
- Manage all work orders ensuringclosure and completion in line with SLA’s

- City & Guilds 2078 Safe Handlingor Refrigerants
