1to1 Group are recruiting for a Warehouse & Maintenance Operative for our client based on the outskirts of Winchester. We're looking for a hands-on individual to help maintain facilities and support warehouse operations in a busy manufacturing environment.
Working hours are 40 per week across Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support general warehouse activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and site.
- Carry out routine building maintenance and minor repairs.
- Assist with basic carpentry, decorating, plumbing and general upkeep tasks.
- Support office and warehouse improvements, equipment maintenance and site housekeeping.
- Work with external contractors when specialist repairs are required.
- Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are maintained at all times.
About You
- Previous experience in warehouse support, facilities, maintenance or a handyman role.
- Practical DIY and maintenance skills.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support different teams across the business.
