Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Product Owner – Business Banking to lead the development and delivery of innovative banking products and services for Small Business, Commercial, and Corporate Banking customers. The role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and delivery partners, ensuring that product initiatives align with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision, roadmap, and business requirements for Business Banking products.Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with development teams to deliver customer-centric digital banking solutions.Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk controls, and governance standards.Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and business outcomes.Coordinate with Hybrid Cloud and infrastructure teams to support product deployment and operational readiness.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation.
Skill Requirements
Experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.Strong understanding of Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and Corporate Banking products.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Knowledge of Digital Banking platforms and customer journeys.Exposure to Hybrid Cloud environments and cloud transformation initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements within the banking sector.
