SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Mission:
We are looking for Shift Supervisor who supports the Store Manager (SM) and Assistant Store Manager (ASM) in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring excellent customer experience, operational excellence, and achievement of commercial targets.
Our Retail channel is dynamic and fast-growing, representing a great opportunity for those looking to grow in retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Being responsible for supervising the team during assigned shifts, driving performance, and fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous development.
· Participate in in-store sales activities following the Venchi Service Model
· Provide attentive and professional customer service
· Prepare and serve gelato and chocolate products according to quality standards
· Handle cash operations and payments
· Support store organization, stock, and inventory
· Help maintain order, cleanliness, and a positive work environment
Ideal Candidate:
Mandatory Requirements:
· Previous experience (even short) as sales assistant, retail associate, or customer service
· Availability to work shifts, including weekends and evening/night shifts (start at 4:00 AM)
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Fluent in English
Preferred Requirements:
· Experience in retail (gelato shop, café, or chocolate shop is a plus)
· Knowledge of cash operations
· Familiarity with IT tools for stock management and reporting
