We are looking for a motivated Invoicing & Reconciliation Administrator to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term future within the aviation industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysing flight and catering data to support daily operations

Managing and maintaining menu cycles across multiple airline customers

Identifying and investigating data discrepancies

Producing accurate reports and insights for internal teams

Supporting operational planning through data analysis

Working closely with colleagues across planning, operations and customer teams to solve problems and improve processes.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Enjoys working with numbers and spotting patterns

Has excellent attention to detail

Is confident using Excel (experience with data analysis tools is a bonus)

Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Is eager to learn and develop their career.
