Salary: £27,254 - £29,064 per annum, pro rata
Vacancy Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8am to 4pm working across two sites, three miles apart), term time only plus 10 additional days (5 training days plus 5 additional days to be worked during school holidays).

The Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and professional individual to take on the role of Office Manager. This role blends leadership of office systems with hands-on administration, ensuring our schools run efficiently and remain welcoming to all.
The post holder will be responsible for the efficient management of a busy school office. The successful candidate will ideally have previous school office experience including establishing and maintaining school based systems, or significant experience of a working with a range of administration systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage efficient office systems across the schools
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Headteacher and staff
- Maintain pupil and staff records using school systems
- Manage finance administration including orders and invoices
- Ensure safeguarding records and Single Central Record are compliant
- Work in partnership with departments from the Local Authority including Health & Safety and HR
- Act as first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies
- Support communication including newsletters and correspondence
