What you’ll be doing
No two days will be the same, but your role will include:
* Looking after customers via email, telephone and social media.
* Helping customers choose products and answering their questions.
* Resolving problems quickly, fairly and with empathy.
* Picking and packing customer orders to an exceptional standard.
* Quality checking orders before they leave.
* Spotting recurring customer questions and operational issues.
* Suggesting improvements that make our business better.
* Working alongside the wider team wherever needed.
Most importantly, you’ll become the voice of our customers inside the business.
When something isn’t working, we want to know.
When something could be better, we want to improve it.
We want someone who enjoys making tomorrow’s customer experience even better than today’s.

* Part-time (16 hours per week)

* Based near Cullompton, Devon
* Some flexibility around working days and hours
