We’re a residential setting spread across four houses in the beautiful countryside of Liss. This is home to 21 adults, between the age ranges of 26-70 with learning disabilities, autism, additional health needs, and physical disabilities.
Our focus is simple: supporting people to live gloriously ordinary lives — full of choice, comfort, independence, and the everyday things that make people smile.
The role will include supporting with bathing, showering, assistance with toilet needs and all aspects of personal care always delivered in a respectful and dignified way.
You will also support the people who live at Whitegates View and Cottage with their choice of daily activities — whether that’s a trip into town, going for a swim, doing crafts, walking in the countryside, or simply sharing time, conversation, and laughter.
A key part of the role is also to help building and maintaining friendships and social connections, both within their home and in the wider community, in ways that are meaningful to them.
We’re looking for Support Workers who want to be part of everyday life with people — not just supporting from the side but actively sharing in it. No experience is needed; the right values matter most. Full paid training is provided.
You’ll join a friendly, established team and work closely with our practice development lead to support communication, independence, and confidence.
Due to the requirements of the people we support we are only able to recruit female support workers at present.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
A Full UK manual driving licence essential as you will be supporting people with activities in the community.
