Job Advert Description
To lead a Police Cadet Unit with support from Assistant Cadet Leaders, with a focus on encouraging the development of young people through the Volunteer Police Cadet (VPC) Service. To take responsibility for the smooth running of units, liaising directly with the Cadet Coordinator within Prevent Hub. To ensure that Cadets are safe, that all safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to and actioned together with appropriate risk assessments where necessary.
