About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working Site Opertive to join our team.
Working as part of a minimum 2-man team, your main duties will be to install permanent & bespoke fall protection & access equipment across various construction sites around the UK.
What We’re Looking For
An ideal candidate meets at least the following requirements:
- Working with installation or construction teams
- Good knowledge of health & safety practices, risk assessments, and method statements
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for site performance and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues
- Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and compliance
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
Nice to Have
Experience in any of the following may set you apart:
- Background in fall protection, access systems, or height safety installations
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- CSCS card
- Experience working on live sites across commercial, industrial, or public sector projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Location & Working Away
This role is based from our Sheffield office, however work is carried out nationwide. There is a regular expectation of working away from home, including overnight stays, depending on project requirements.

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
